Deputy Manager Job Description

Location: Lancaster

Salary: £32,500 per annum for 37.5 hours of work per week.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team in our state-of-the-art care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of carers, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring the quality of care provided.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults and possess strong leadership skills. A relevant qualification in care management or a related field is essential, along with proven experience in a deputy manager or similar position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of carers to ensure excellent standards of care.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
