About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team at JW Lees. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, offering great service, motivating team members, being an expert in communication, and making customer visits memorable.
You will also support the General Manager, take the helm when needed, and lead on business areas. In addition, you will take ownership of problems, be commercially aware, and have previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in hospitality or retail, with experience in leadership, operations, and service delivery.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including profit share, 30% food and drink discount, 50% food discount when on shift, discounted stays, wellbeing support, career growth opportunities, and access to high street and online discounts.
