**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at the Pendle Witch, a leading pub in the heart of the city. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests, adhering to our strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times, adhering to our rigorous cleaning protocols.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high standard of food knowledge and skill, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A willingness to develop on a personal level, while helping propel the brigade forward at Pendle Witch.
