Service Director Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Worthing, catering to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will possess an NVQ level 5 or above and have a proven track record of managing a good or outstanding service. As a Service Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their individual needs are met and exceeded.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in delivering high-quality services. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including company pension, holiday pay, free meals, onsite parking, and a yearly bonus subject to performance.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- NVQ Level 5 or above qualification
- A strong background in LD care, preferably with experience in managing similar services
- Proven ability to manage a good or outstanding service, with excellent budget control skills
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to providing best quality care
