About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants. As a Healthcare Assistant with Nouveau Care, you will work closely with care home and nursing home teams to provide high-quality support to vulnerable adults. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily personal care tasks, monitoring their health and well-being, and maintaining accurate care records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting is desirable.
  • Minimum of 6-12 months care experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
