Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Care Service Manager to lead our domiciliary care branch in Thetford.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the branch, including quality and governance, retention and recruitment, and financial performance.

They will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

A strong commercial acumen is desirable as they will be accountable for the operations and activities within the branch.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to clients and colleagues.

Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for both staff and clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, retention, and recruitment within the branch.
  • Manage the financial performance of the branch, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
