Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our NoW MSK Service, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess and prescribe care packages for patients with complex MSK conditions, achieving quality of life and independence where possible.
  • Assessments and treatments will take the form of face-to-face or virtual consultations to enhance patient access to our services.
  • To work with all healthcare professionals and statutory/non-statutory agencies to provide a seamless integrated service to our service users.
  • Work when needed in a variety of locations, including lone working.
  • Engage with System One Optimisation.
  • Engage with referral to discharge standard processes.
  • To be aware of the demand and capacity model reflecting workload needs at any given time.

Requirements:
  • Evidence of having worked at a relevant level.
  • Demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
  • Work flexibly to accommodate patient/service needs.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Good observational & reporting skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Demonstrate good IT and standard keyboard skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English Language, both written and verbal forms.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Empathy & sensitivity.
  • Concentrate when undertaking patient care & inputting data / patient records.
