As a Lodge Installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of our lodges on various sites, as well as snagging and correcting any issues caused during transit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the project manager to determine the site layout and positioning of lodges.
  • Prepare the lodge, leveling the building and siting according to NCC guidance.
  • Ensure all necessary utilities are connected to the lodge, such as water, electricity, and sewage.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as telehandlers and forklifts, to transport and position the lodges.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure the lodges are installed to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site throughout the installation process.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lodge Siting Operative or a similar role in the industry.
  • Good knowledge of site preparation and lodge installation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to undertake joinery and all types of snag issues
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
