We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our primary school in Walthamstow, London.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with learning difficulties by providing essential classroom support and helping students develop both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to small groups of students with learning difficulties, ensuring they can access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities.
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an SEN setting or with children with learning difficulties is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • A clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK are required.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000-£32,000, depending on experience.
