Join Our Team as a Primary School Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team and support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a primary school.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to children with SEMH needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing small group and one-to-one support to children with SEMH needs
  • Assisting with the implementation of behaviour management strategies and personalised learning plans
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with children, preferably in a school or SEND setting, and a strong understanding of SEMH needs and how to support children with these challenges. A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children is essential.

Salary: £85+ per day
