We seek a motivated Head of Customer Service Delivery to join our team and take ownership of the customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of front line customer services, library spaces, and the Reader Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading teams to excel in their roles.

The post holder will contribute to the work of the Extended Library Management Team and lead on Library and directorate-wide projects as appropriate. Good collaborative and networking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of front line customer services
  • Management of library spaces
  • Leadership of the Reader Services team
