Job Title: Finance Manager

FRS Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated reporting
  • Investigation and explanation of account variances to budget and expectations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations performed on a monthly basis
  • Preparation of 13-week cash-flow forecasts and weekly cashflow variances
  • Preparation of weekly performance reporting
  • Supervision of payroll preparation and liaison with payroll bureau
  • Facilitation of the financial planning process in conjunction with the Financial Controller and SMT
  • Quarterly VAT reporting and reconciliations
  • Liaison with auditors and assist with the preparation of tax packs
Requirements:
  • Working towards AAT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA if not already qualified, those that are QBE will be considered
  • At least 4 years previous experience gained in a similar role with experience gained within Manufacturing / Service / Logistics Industries Desirable
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate and business partner with all levels of the business
  • Strong analytical and logic problem solving skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and the ability to manipulate significant amounts of data
