Finance Manager Opportunity

Addington Ball is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team in Rugby. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for managing the finance function from top to bottom, overseeing day-to-day financial management and month-end accounts.

You will work closely with stakeholders from different function areas to provide commercial advice, devise KPIs, and support project work. This is an excellent career opportunity for a finance professional looking to support the development of a business and gain wide exposure to various elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and implementing financial procedures
  • Preparing month-end P&Ls, balance sheets, reconciliations, and cash-flow forecasts
  • Overseeing day-to-day general cash management, ledgers, and credit control
  • Business partnering with stakeholders and advising as required
  • Communicating with external accountants, tax advisors, and HMRC

Requirements:

  • Either a qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent) or QBEs with prior experience in management accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software
  • Understanding of end-to-end business financial processes
  • A self-starter with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
