Senior Financial Accountant

A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join their team on a contract basis. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to utilise their expertise in core accounting procedures, journal processing, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Core accounting procedures and journal processing
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• VAT Return preparations and coordination with the external corporation tax team
• Principal contact for external audit
• Reviewing business performance and driving for continuous improvement
• Preparation and review of rebates
• Assisting the financial controller with necessary projects and report preparation
Requirements:
• Qualified ACCA/CIMA
• Minimum of 5 years Post Qualification experience
• Experienced of large companies ideally international
• General Ledger and management reporting experience
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
