**Lead Our Regional Team as an Operational Manager**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operational Manager to join our regional team in the East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a team, drive operational excellence, and deliver high-quality services.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position requires a strong background in programme management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

About the Position:**

This role involves leading a team of professionals, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of programmes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending weekly online meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
  • Uploading information to CRM systems and managing data;
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring participant readiness;
  • Liaising with partners and presenting data to senior management;
  • Supporting the development of new programmes and initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management);
  • Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a charity or non-profit sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
