About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Programme Director in Specialist Training. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of medical training in England and contribute to the development of high-quality education programs in General Internal Medicine.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to recruit and retain top talent in General Internal Medicine
- Collaborate with the Head of School to design and deliver education programs that meet the needs of trainees
- Provide expert advice on specialty-specific matters to the Scheme and support the Head of School in ensuring appropriate systems for assessment, rotational management, trainee supervision and support

What You'll Need
- Consultant in General Internal Medicine on the Specialist Register
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians
- Proven experience in delivering education programs and working with doctors in an educational context
