This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a fast-paced team, working from a modern head office. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Operations Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you can enjoy 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, with an extra day off on your birthday, as well as secure your future with our employer-backed pension scheme.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this varied role, you'll provide key support to the Operations Manager and internal teams to deliver excellent service. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP) from order receipt to invoicing
• Proactively organising service visits and scheduling engineers to resolve customer issues
• Ensuring stock availability to complete jobs efficiently
• Handling and resolving customer queries with a calm, solution-focused approach
• Collaborating with internal teams to address escalations
• Maintaining internal resources, including fire alarms, security, and power systems
• Updating Sage with product pricing and customer account details
• Providing project support and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Assisting internal sales support teams and liaising with clients on orders and call-offs

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills and experience in a similar operations or administration role. They should be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, comfortable in a proactive environment where problem-solving is key, and have experience with Sage and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
