CitySprint have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator

A successful Operations Coordinator will support the Operations Manager, Team Leaders and colleagues ensuring that all operational systems are maintained in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. And will ensure integrity of all systems that support the day-to-day operation. Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure that all processes are followed and completed accurately.

**The main responsibilities within the role are**:

- Ensures all paperwork and systems are maintained efficiently and accurately and in line with the business requirement
- Proactively maintains site housekeeping ensuring all resources levels are maintained in line with budgets
- Continuously reviews processes and proactively seeks ways to improve existing systems
- Actively reports on KPI’s to ensure the operation is performing line with targets
- Ability to reprioritise tasks/ workload in line with changing business needs
- Good verbal communication
- Previous experience in a warehouse/ logistics environment is desirable
- Good understanding of Health and Safety at work within a warehouse environment
- A good understanding of all operational functions
