Electrical Package Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical systems package, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Electrical Systems package, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to uphold the highest standards of safety on site.
  • Drive a culture of excellence in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • Oversee project schedules, manage costs, and ensure all materials and resources are in sync with the project timeline.
  • Guide and support your team, manage sub-contractor activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Keep track of progress with weekly reports, manage cost reports, and maintain a detailed project photographic diary.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Electrical Qualification (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering) and proven experience in Project Management.
  • A solid track record of managing large-scale electrical installation projects and dealing with Industrial Relations issues.
  • Strong technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for safety.
