Job Title: Training Workshops Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Workshops Manager to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training workshops that transform the lives of people with learning disabilities whose behaviours challenge.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver training workshops that promote Positive Behaviour Support principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our service users and their families.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver effective training workshops.
  • Contribute to the development of our organisational policies and procedures related to training and workforce development.

Requirements:
