About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Workshops Manager to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and workshops to support families and professionals working with individuals with severe learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-design and co-deliver workshops with family carers and qualified practitioners, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and grounded in real-world experiences.
  • Oversee the delivery of workshops, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and of high quality.
  • Promote and secure bookings for workshops, driving income generation for our organisation.
About You

We are looking for an experienced trainer with a deep understanding of issues affecting children and adults with learning disabilities. You will have a proven track record of working in co-production, designing workshops, and establishing relationships with external stakeholders. Your ability to work autonomously and drive forward our programme of workshops will be essential.

What We Offer

As a Training Workshops Manager at NFP People, you will have the opportunity to work with a small and friendly team who are passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of individuals with severe learning disabilities and their families. We offer a hybrid-working role with flexible hours, a competitive salary, and the chance to work on a programme that truly makes a difference.

About Our Organisation

NFP People is a UK-based charity dedicated to improving quality of life for children, young people, and adults with severe learning disabilities. We were founded in 1997 by Vivien Cooper OBE, a parent who recognised the need for support and services for families like hers. Our organisation remains committed to co-production and working with families to challenge the system and promote positive change.
