Job Summary:

The Training Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to training courses within the Engineering Division at MidKent College. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at a unique training facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling, maintaining, and distributing all training course documentation in accordance with contractual and Divisional requirements.
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining the Training and Finance Management Information System (TAFMIS) Course Administration database records.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering Business Objects Web Intelligence reporting solutions to support the MidKent College contract.
  • Receiving data and report requests, evaluating requirements, building reports, checking data, and deploying reports including ad-hoc reports to agreed deadlines.
  • Producing monthly and ad-hoc training reports.
  • Actioning incoming queries.

The Training Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating the database of students trained by MidKent College. This role requires knowledge of the Training and Finance Management Information System (TAFMIS) and the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support to training courses.
