Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at MidKent College. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training courses and ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Compiling, maintaining, and distributing all training course documentation in accordance with contractual and divisional requirements.
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining TAFMIS Course Administration database records.
- Designing, developing, and delivering Business Objects Web Intelligence reporting solutions to support the MKC Training contract.
- Receiving data and report requests, evaluating requirements, building reports, checking data, and deploying reports including ad-hoc reports to agreed deadlines.
- Producing monthly and ad-hoc training reports.
- Actioning incoming queries (post/email).
- Knowledge of the Training and Finance Management Information System (TAFMIS).
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
