Welcome to the exciting world of engineering at Apple Inc. As a Senior Program Manager - ML Developer Tools, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives to improve engineering productivity and efficiency. With a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, engineering health metrics, developer tooling, and engineering efficiency, you will work closely with several Engineering leaders to deliver wow experiences to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Develop and publish roadmaps for internal product offerings based on Apple needs and external product release needs
  • Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross-functional programs through delivery
  • Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Program / Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development
  • Thorough understanding of engineering health metrics (e.g., reliability, performance, quality) with experience influencing/leading engineering to improve them
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
