As an Engineering Program Manager at Apple Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with multiple Engineering leaders to drive key initiatives and improve engineering productivity and efficiency.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 - $260,000 per year based on industry standards and Apple's location in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish short-term and long-term roadmaps for internal product offerings based on Apple's needs and external product release needs.
  • Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross-functional programs through delivery.
  • Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Program/Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering health metrics (e.g., reliability, performance, quality).
  • Deep understanding of software development for Machine Learning products and services.
