About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Workwales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-profile client accounts, working closely with senior account managers to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt and effective communication.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory levels and restocking efforts to meet client demands.
  • Supplier Coordination: Source items competitively and within lead times to support business objectives.
  • Reporting: Generate and deliver regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or purchasing, preferably in retail or manufacturing settings.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.

Salary: Up to £27k depending on experience.
