About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Reading, Guildford, Chelmsford, South Wales, NW London, or E London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales within the designated territory through effective cold calling and prospect meetings
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with existing and new clients
  • Implement and monitor new accounts to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of previous B2B sales experience, preferably in field sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and resilient individual with a strong problem-solving ability
  • Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
