About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Mental Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients within our mental health hospital while supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. You will also have the opportunity to lead by example, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant nursing qualification (RMN) and a valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals. You must also be eligible to live and work in the UK and have a minimum of 6 months' mental health experience as a nurse in the UK. Strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach are essential.
