Job RoleThis role involves working as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, collaborating with individuals, families, schools, and the community to promote healthy lifestyles and address child welfare concerns. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to stimulate awareness of health needs, influence policies affecting health, and facilitate health-enhancing activities.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify health needs and develop strategies to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Participate in multi-agency partnerships to drive positive change and improve outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies to influence healthcare decisions and promote best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in frameworks such as the Healthy Child Programme (0-19) and the Children Act.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong understanding of government policies affecting living, culture, racism, and disability.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, plus benefits such as annual leave, study leave, and sick leave. Additionally, we provide opportunities for career growth, professional development, and mentorship/preceptorship.
