About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food production and presentation standards within our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of food production and presentation, adhering to menu specifications and departmental standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, highlighting any major health and safety issues to senior management.
  • Liaise with restaurant management to develop promotional ideas, such as specials, seasonal dishes, and special occasion menus.
Requirements
  • Proven history of culinary experience, with a strong attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Excellent communication skills to staff and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
