About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at a franchised car dealership in Oxford. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Meet and greet customers, qualifying and identifying their needs for vehicle drop-off, and progressing and updating them throughout the day.
  • Discuss and up-sell additional work to customers, advising and forwarding diarised unsold work.
  • Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customers.
About You:
  • You must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor, within a franchised main dealership (minimum 2 years experience).
  • Preferably with a prestige brand experience.
  • You must possess excellent customer handling skills, a positive, customer-focused attitude, and approach to your work.
  • A valid driving license is also required.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Alternate Saturday mornings, 4 hours (part of contract).

Salary:

Basic salary dependent on experience, £22,000 - £35,000 OTE.
