About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sports Advisor to join our team at Decathlon. As a Sports Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of sports with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on sports and products to customers, ensuring they find the right equipment for their needs.
  • Assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether in-store or online, and provide a high level of merchandising to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies, and share your knowledge with colleagues to ensure a high level of product knowledge across the team.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sports, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well in a team environment. If you are a people person who is prepared to go the extra mile, and are looking for a retail career with a difference, then we would love to hear from you.
