Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Practice Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that all operational standards are met.
- Coach, mentor, train, and develop the dispensing team and optical assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
- Assist in the management of the practice's diary and booking system to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Contribute to the development of the practice's business strategy and implement plans to achieve set goals.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient experience.
