About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project operations and ensuring that our commercial activities align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract change control processes to ensure alignment with contract requirements
  • Prepare applications for payments in accordance with contract terms
  • Review and prepare final accounts
  • Liaise with legal and corporate commercial services on commercial and contracting policies, insurance bonds, and guarantees
  • Ensure commercial delivery of EPC projects to achieve increased efficiencies, cost savings, and margin optimization
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources
  • Experience in commercially managing projects from inception to completion
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and risk management
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in quantity surveying or related field
  • Experience in EPC projects
