About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Major Projects division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide robust, accurate, and timely cost and value reporting for projects
  • Support the Commercial Managers' requirements for reporting at business unit level
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue, margin, and cash flow for live and upcoming projects
  • Challenge Project Managers on resources and cost on live and upcoming projects
  • Ensure contractual requirements are met, including adherence to contract schedules for valuations, certification, and invoicing
Requirements
  • Backed by a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
  • Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably holding a position in the industry for the past 5 years
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
