Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial support concerning financial and contractual matters arising through the management of our client project.
- Post award contract administration, provision of commercial/contract deliverables, implementation of project plans.
- Undertake costs analysis, preparation of cashflow forecasts, developing subcontracting commercial strategy as required.
- Contribute to internal project reviews and developing project forecasts.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred).
- Substantial demonstrated experience within a QS or Senior QS role preferably gained from a transmission and distribution overhead lines background.
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures.
- Proven experience in contract administration including change management.
