R&D Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented R&D Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning project activities, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and maintain project documentation and files in line with company standards
- Support the maintenance and updating of standard technical documentation, including document templates
- Convert documentation to new standards as required
- Perform general administrative duties to facilitate visitors and contractors
- Obtain and track procurement items to meet project requirements
- Create and manage purchase requisitions for R&D projects
- Monitor and report on project budgets and expenditure
- Raise work requests for other departments to support R&D
- Update and issue status reports and KPIs as agreed
- Assist in preparing yearly budget applications and monitoring R&D expenditure
- HND/HNC and/or relevant project experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- Proficient in MS Office and project planning software
- Basic ability to read engineering drawings and parts lists
