R&D Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented R&D Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of research and development projects, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including documentation and files.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard technical documentation, including document templates.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, including status updates, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Provide administrative support to the R&D team, including scheduling, induction, and RAMS coordination.
  • Monitor and track project expenditure, ensuring adherence to budgets and OPEX plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the R&D team, including raising work requests and updating progress reports.
Requirements:
  • HND/HNC or relevant project experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic ability to read engineering drawings and parts lists.
  • Experience with project planning software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
