Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at TPS, you will be responsible for leading our national network of TPS Centres, ensuring they have the high-quality Genuine Parts and products needed to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. With over 1,500-strong national workforce, we are looking for a skilled professional to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
About TPS
TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, along with Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles. We provide independent garages and bodyshops with the necessary tools to succeed in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and team management to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition
