Talent Drive | B Corp® is seeking a skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team and drive success in the F&B category.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned procurement professional to manage the F&B category, developing and executing a category strategy that delivers value to the business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in procurement for F&B categories, with experience in negotiating complex deals and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a category strategy for F&B, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Manage commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring maximum value is extracted from the supply base
  • Identify and execute new opportunities in the F&B category, driving continuous improvement in the supply base
  • Lead the full range of procurement activity, from go-to-market to ongoing category management
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, leveraging market-driven data to establish market leadership for the business

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office
  • Up to 20% bonus, based on individual and business performance
  • Pension scheme and additional benefits
