**About the Position:**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in Somerset. This role involves working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead theatre teams to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective theatre protocols to optimize efficiency and safety
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Theatre Practitioner in Orthopaedics
  • Valid HCPC pin number
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
