Job Summary

This Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils with EBD and/or SEMH needs in a school setting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behaviour management and be able to provide positive role models and encouragement to promote confidence among pupils.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with EBD and/or SEMH needs in a one-to-one or small group setting.
  • Assist with the planning of learning activities and help with classroom preparation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • GCSE grade C or above in English and maths.
  • Prior experience working with pupils with EBD and/or SEMH needs is desirable.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
