Educational Support Specialist

At Prospero Teaching, we strive to provide exceptional education support services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Learning Support (Education).

Compensation Package

£32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

Academic Achievement Support

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and staff to promote academic achievement and personal growth. You will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, assist teachers in creating engaging lesson plans, and develop relationships quickly with students, teachers, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special educational needs in achieving their academic goals
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop effective lesson plans
  • Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive school culture and community

Requirements:

  • Nursing student or past/present experience preferred
  • Proven track record of supporting students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
