About the Job:
The Qualiteach Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join their team in Hillingdon. As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience and hold a QTS Certificate.
About the School:
This 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated school is a co-educational Alternative Provision for pupils in the London Borough of Hillingdon who cannot attend mainstream school for various reasons. The school offers places to KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, and KS5 students, many of whom have been or are at risk of permanent exclusion.
About the Role:
The successful Primary SEN Teacher will work as a Primary School teacher within the Provision, supporting students across the entire primary age range (Reception - Y6). They must be confident, organised, creative, and resilient with a real passion for teaching. Ideally, they will have a holistic approach towards seeing the whole child and will endeavour to embrace the challenge of understanding and accommodating that all behaviour is communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience
- QTS Certificate
- Experience working with students with behavioural issues
- Able to commit to a long-term, full-time contract
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
