Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with psychiatric conditions in a community setting
- Provide advice and consultation to members of the multidisciplinary team and attend regular meetings
- Liaise with GPs, other healthcare professionals, and non-NHS organizations to ensure seamless care
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans and manage patient documentation
- Participate in the development of the team and contribute to the improvement of mental health services
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
- Full registration with the GMC and a license to practice
- Approved clinician status and S12 approval
- Experience in assessing and treating patients in a community setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
