Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex health and social care needs, providing comprehensive specialist nursing care.
  • Supervise and manage trained and untrained staff, including nursing students, within the Nursing Team.
  • Develop and evaluate programs of care to meet the unique needs of clients.

Working Arrangements

NHS Scotland is introducing a 37-hour working week from April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, for which you will be paid.

Please note that not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37-hour working week immediately, and you may be required to work additional hours until the service area changes rosters or working patterns.

Candidates are required to provide original and authentic responses to all questions within the application form. The use of artificial intelligence or automated tools to generate or modify responses is strongly discouraged.

By submitting your application, you confirm that all answers are your own work, reflecting your personal knowledge, skills, and experience, and have not been solely produced or altered by AI or similar technologies.
