Job Opportunity: Community Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Team in Lochaber. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months post-registration experience and hold a current NMC registration or be working towards fulfilling the requirements of Return to Practise in Mental Health Nursing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good IT skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating plans of care for adults living with mental health illnesses.

As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will work within a recovery model, utilizing a person-centered approach to maximize independence for service users. You will also be involved in Adult Support and Protection case assessments and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate plans of care for adults living with mental health illnesses

Requirements:
