Job Opportunity: Community Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Team in Lochaber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate plans of care for adults living with mental health illnesses.
  • Carry complex case management and work within a recovery model.
  • Utilize a person-centered approach to maximize independence for service users.
  • Participate in Adult Support and Protection case assessments and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 months post-registration experience.
  • Current NMC Registration or working towards Return to Practise in Mental Health Nursing.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and availability of own car for work purposes.
  • Excellent communication, good IT skills, and team working skills.
