About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales and Business Management Trainee to join our comprehensive graduate programme. As a sales leader of the future, you will develop a core knowledge of our business operations, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software, and marketing.

During the first 6 months, you will gain hands-on experience with our vast product range, learn about different manufacturers, and build relationships with customers face-to-face. You will also begin your formal sales training course and complete workbook assessments to underpin your learning and development.

In the next 6-12 months, you will move to internal sales account management, engaging with business customers over the phone. You will learn business development strategies and how to target and win new trading accounts.

With progression to a diverse business-to-business field sales management position after 12 months, you will have increased earning potential and bigger bonuses. You will travel locally in your company car, meeting clients, discussing projects, and arranging social activities.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
