">We are currently seeking a skilled Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team at Oaks Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
">Responsibilities:
">As a Theatre Scrub Nurse, you will be responsible for:
">- ">
- Preparing and maintaining operating theatres, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures">
- Managing equipment, supplies, and inventory">
- Collaborating with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care">
- Contributing to the maintenance of accurate records and reports">
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Current NMC/HCPC registration">
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently">
- Minimum 2 years of Orthopaedic Scrub experience">
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) - desirable but not essential">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends">
Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a welcome bonus of up to £3,600.
">Other benefits include 25 days' leave + bank holidays, buy and sell flexi leave options, and free training and development via the Ramsay Academy.
">We also offer a range of additional benefits, including private pension, cycle to work scheme, and employee assistance programme.
